Background[]

Shiro was born into a family that recently migrated to Konohagakure to a Fūma Clan father and an Uzumaki Clan mother. When Aka's older brother Shiro graduated from Ninja Academy, he idolized him and followed in his footsteps.
Shiro kills himself
Years later, his brothers home their home was brutally attacked and destroyed. Shiro was able to defeat more than 10 agents. The last one, however, would give him trouble. In order to let wife and son escapes, he was forced to use forbidden murder-suicide. He connected his heart to his opponent so that internal damage done to one will also be done to the other, killing them both. Unknown to him, he would also save his future unborn twins. When Aka arrived, he found his dead brother. Shiro's body was later brought to Konoha Cemetery.
The Story of "The White Hood"
He left Konoha shortly after and vowed to stop The Followers. He would eventually join the Keepers of Shiin's Will and avenge his brother's death with his nephew.
Years later, he and the rest of his clan joined Otogakure once it is reestablished as a legitimate shinobi village. Since Orochimaru's relationship with the rest of the world is still dubious at best, it was decided to choose someone who could unite the different clans in The Land of rice Fields. Through a democratic process, he is eventually voted as the Village head and is in charge of mostly political duties.

The Earth daimyō, Danjō, begins making plans to invade the Land of Flowers. Such an invasion would place Earth's Iwagakure in opposition to Lightning's Kumogakure, thus breaking the Shinobi Union that has created peace throughout the region. Flowers' daimyō, a young boy who took office only a few months earlier following the death of his father, contemplates preemptively surrendering to the Land of Earth in order to avert war and to ensure his people's survival.
