Alter World genjutsu is a genjutsu used by Hasama Solis. It can do two things; make an enemy or group of enemies see whatever the user wants them to see or take an enemy or group of enemies to an alternate universe, created by the user's mind. While the latter takes a lot more chakra consumption to use. It can also be used to make the user seem invisible, by making the opponent think that he's not there.
