Heavenly Jewel Rotation ( 天の宝玉 転回, Amenohōgyokutenkai) is a profound technique designed and crafted by Koyomi Hyūga. By simply visualizing an area of effect with her illustrious Kindō Byakugan, Koyomi projects a sphere around an object that immediately activates upon being in contact with another source of chakra that distinguishes itself from her own. The effect produces an inimitable field that refutes the formation and intent of chakra thereby dispersing it into undesignated chakra that can be absorbed by the dispersion field once it collapses. Any form of chakra that contacts the sphere is seemingly evaporated into thin air.

To initiate the technique, Koyomi visualizes an area of effect with her deceivingly overwhelming Kindō Byakugan, which is noted to have the most awe-inspiring visual prowess within the Hyūga clan. Once the sphere is mentally visualized, her Kindō Byakugan projects this mental image around the object of Koyomi’s desire. The fundamental principle behind the technique is that it is a technique that is crafted in a mere thought or even on a subconscious level. As soon as the technique is completed, any chakra that comes within the vicinity of the sphere is quickly dispersed regardless of its composition and nature transformation. The sphere rotates at a mind-boggling speed that simply exceeds the capacity for most minds. The technique itself lasts for approximately 15 seconds when utilizing it on herself and up to an additional 8 seconds on other objects which include organic and inorganic objects. Koyomi designed this technique to work against variations of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu and Fūinjutsu that comes into the vicinity of the domain of the sphere. According to Koyomi, the technique possesses a 5 second cool down period before it can be activated again and as an autonomous technique, the absorbed chakra can quickly reduce the recharge time needed.
Drawbacks[]
The range of the technique is undoubtedly dependent on the chakra reserves of Koyomi. There for if the object she desires to project her sphere around is too large, the technique will not take affect. Regardless of its defenses, the user is still subjected to the effects of pure Taijutsu as they are able to pass through the barrier.
