This unnamed anaesthetic technique demonstrated by Kuukoyo is a genjutsu that can make a person sleep soundly. It was used on Takatsuke Uzumaki to stop him from trying to fight Riyan Uchiha and his Tatsu while invading Konoha. Though, at the time she utilized this jutsu, Takatsuke was already unconcious. It is not known what effect this jutsu would have on a target completely awake and concious.
