Ayutō Aoki (青木鮎刀, lit. "Sweetfish Katana, Spotted Laurel") is an errant figure. The first-born son of the Spitting Image and the Winter Empress, he proved to favor the latter, at least from a power standpoint. Unlike his youngest sister, he never showed an interest in the healing arts, wanting to learn all he could about his bloodline. Nonetheless, he remains involved in the family business, boosting client numbers and awareness of the clinic, while shuttling patients who can't come under their own power to the establishment. He also remains the foil to his sister Ayumi's outrageous ideas, keeping the adrenaline junkie in check.
