Blooming Rose (薔薇咲き, Barazaki) is the sole offensive, chakra-based technique of Mukūrō that holds its origins from the Curse of the Wallowing Vulture. Collecting chakra from the ambient environment or a specific technique used against him, Mukūrō focuses the said chakra around a certain body part — most often his index finger — until a sphere of some size has been created. At this point, Mukūrō applies his characteristic pulse onto the said sphere, causing it to release as a powerful blast of chakra with great speed, enough to obliterate most physical constructs in his path. He can alternate the level of power within this blast easily, to the point where it can be nothing more than a thin beam of energy with enough penetrative power to pierce straight through the heart of the victim.
