Technique Description[]
A specific application of the Boil Release: Soap Steam technique, the user can escape from a variety of situations. If the user generates enough steam, they can conceal themselves, relocate, or run away without being seen. If a user is somehow bound or unable to move, they can release the soap steam to slowly vaporize their bindings: The user may choose between normal steam or corrosive mist. Additionally, because the Soap Steam has a fragrance of the user's choosing, releasing the soap steam when trapped in a genjutsu can free the user from the jutsu (similar to Chilli Pepper Bombs). It should be noted however, that this will not work for all genjutsu; genjutsu that renders the user unable to use chakra or resist in any way cannot be broken out of using this method.
Additional Notes[]
This technique is usually released from the body and does not require hand seals. Sometimes, users create the steam from a nearby water source.
Kaori Kusabana's soap steam smells of lavender-rose.
