Essentially a more developed version of the Boil Release: Skilled Mist Technique, it creates a cloud of mist which the user releases from her mouth. This mist has corrosive properties, just like it's parent technique. The main difference is that the user can determine whom the mist affects, allowing it to be used in an enclosed area where allies are present.
It does seem, however, that the technique's corrosive effects are slower than those of the Skilled Mist Technique, making it less effective against enemies.
