This is a rare and powerful Hyūga clan technique. Unlike most Hyūga clan techniques, this is an optic-based ninjutsu and is one of the few ninjutsu the Hyūga clan has. Taro Hyūga has learned it due to his mother's clan's unique chakra. However, many Hyūga can learn it provided they train and learn how to utilize all their tenketsu properly.
First, the user focuses as much chakra as possible to the tenketsu around their eyes. Then, the user condenses the chakra as much as possible until their vision turns light blue. Once this happens, the user can use their Byakugan to pinpoint a target and then the user unleashes the chakra from the front their pupil as a small, concentrated beam. This technique, as small it is, has immense power. For one, it can cause immense impact or knockback damage and can penetrate the target if the user's focus is high enough. However, if they want to, the user can make the beam stun the opponents and affect their vital organs and their chakra pathway system, leaving them motionless but alive. Also, it can be used as a harmless search laser, able to lock onto targets and keep track of them.
Combined with the elite sensory power of the Byakugan, this technique is a great sniping and tracking ability. This ability requires a lot of chakra, so it usually can be only used about twice or three times a day. Usages can increases with sufficient training.
