Byakuya Uchiha is a ANBU-rank shinobi from Yamagakure's Uchiha Clan, as well as uncle of Sigma Uchiha. His skills are of a basic ANBU member, and lower than Uchiha expectations. Giving him the title of; Behind Uchiha.
Background
Throughout his life Byakuya was shunned by other members of his clan, and village. He, was the only Uchiha in the clan who hadn't awoken their Sharingan, until he was forty. He didn't allow it to slow him down, instead everyday he strived to be the best, just to show the others he wasn't to far behind. However, with such strive came hatred, his passion to prove them wrong, gave birth to the hatred to slaughter everyone who looked down on him, and especially, the person who'd given him his moniker.
During the time skip, Byakuya achieved Mangekyō Sharingan. He returned to the village under low profile rapidly killing those who made a mockery of him. His Mangekyō had just about given up, do he was forced to retreat back into hiding. Though, this time when he reached his hideout, there was a masked man waiting. The masked man told Byakuya he'd been watching him, and knew that his light was soon out. He also told him, he would help in further evolving his eyes, but in return, he'd have to slaughter each and every Uchiha clansmen in his village. Byakuya easily agreed, and was granted the most sacred of them all; the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
Before attending to the task given to him, he knew more power was going to be needed. So, during the time of finind the Six-Tails a new host, he managed to slip past Kirigakure'a barriers, and seal the beast within himself. He then slaughtered all of the people that were there, a and fled the scene.
