Cerebral Destruction(脳性壊滅,Nousei Kaimetsu)is a jutsu created by Kaname and one of the advanced form of the Uzumaki jutsu. Like Nightmare it requires contact with the opponent to activate. Kaname makes contact with the head region of the intended victim, even if it is just a tap on the back of the head. Once he does the opponent begins to see things, causes them to panic, unknown to them the more they panic the stronger the jutsu becomes. After a few moments the opponent begins to bleed from their eyes, mouth and nose. After a certain amount of time the opponent will spit out a massive amount of blood along with a grey substance killing them. He has stated that this jutsu kills the opponent due to brain overload.
