A technique used by ninja with a scientific bent to analyze strange energies, it is normally rather useless in battle. The ninja's hand glows blue, and within a short time ( up to a minute ) of a technique of the opponent's hitting a certain spot, or passing a certain spot, the ninja can "collect" small amounts of the opponent's chakra from that place, roughly a handful in amount. The chakra can then be used for analysis.
