This is a jutsu developed by Tentei Uzumaki. It works by concentrating one's chakra into their brain, rapidly accelerating the rate at which it functions. Using this ability, Tentei is able to rapidly process information much faster than ever before, giving him extremely quick reflexes, and the ability to see things that are moving faster than the naked eye should be able to process, similar to the Sharingan. This along with his chakra sensing skills allows him to copy jutsu in a similar way to that of the Sharingan, albeit in an inferior manor. Tentei is also able to both learn, and create new jutsu much faster while using this technique, as it exponentially increases his brain's power. Obviously, it lets Tentei formulate plans at incredible speeds as well, because his thinking is accelerated. Additionally, this technique grants the user increased concentration, and therefore, increased chakra control. This means that this technique is much easier to continue using once it has been activated.
