Expelling chakra through one's feet, the user can move around at extreme speeds without much need to lift their legs, as if they were skating on water. By expelling chakra through the tenketsu at the base of one's feet, the direction which the user is travelling can be changed in an instant, allowing the user to be incredibly unpredictable. This also allows the user to move at a constant, Body Flicker Technique speed as long as this technique is active.

This technique is based on Pein's high speed chakra skating, which enabled Pein to outrun even the 6 Tails.
