Birusu possesses Chakra Water, which contains incredibly dense amounts of pure chakra converted from Moryo. This uses the chakra contained within the Strengthening Prescription: Chakra Injection and stores it as Chakra Water instead. 10 ml of it can be ingested to gain literal Kage levels of chakra flowing in one's body, and is incredibly effective.
Birusu stores all his excess Chakra in his Chakra Storage Seal in the form of Chakra Water, and has an extremely huge, unknown amount of supply of this Chakra Water. A variant of this is the Supersaturated Chakra Water, which he keeps on his form. Drinking the Supersaturated Chakra Water is capable of giving the user Tailed beast levels of chakra with a mere drop of it. This is normally created by Birusu via the use of Moryo's chakra regeneration capabilities, as Moryo continually regenerates his chakra when it is beneath his maximum amount. This gives Birusu much more available chakra in battle.
The Chakra Water is sold by Shikizaki Hyuga in the black market for expensive prices, and can be bought by anyone.
In Mercs Next Door, a massively diluted version is sold, capable of restoring reserves like the Military Rations Pill, only much safer and that it helps replenish thirst as well. The amount of chakra it restores is dependent on what the user wants.
