This is the Chidorhomphaia's (Chidori-Blade) Slash.

The Chidorhomphaia: Slash is when the user slashes the sword with Jutsu around. This is what is would look like from an example.
The Slash is when you slice the Chidorhomphaia with Jutsu added, making a ranged attack. It is easy to use, but due to the Jutsu being derived from and A-Rank, I suggest no higher than a B-Rank or C-Rank, however the Chidorhomphaia is required to perform this Jutsu.
This Jutsu can go through water, but if there is too much water, then the Slash will dissipate. It can also cause an electric current around it as the shards of the Chidori fall off.
