This technique is a rather simple one that can be used to give an advantage to the user. Employing expert chakra control, the user kneads chakra in their lungs and expel it as a gentle breeze of air. However, prior to this, the user makes sure to decrease the temperature of the wind in order for the technique to work effectively. The sudden decrease in external temperature briefly distracts the opponents, and allows for the use of other, more complicated techniques. The technique may be combined with larger scale Wind Release techniques for an even larger range of effect. Users might want to do a slightly seductive pose to distract their opponents further; though this isn't for everyone.
