Similar to the discovery that Hiruko of Konohagakure had made, this jutsu however, was more elaborate and required much more attention at the time of its development. Unknown about its creation, its accounts and details were kept more secret then anything else known; making this hiden technique Amegakure's prised jutsu. Much like the Reincarnation Jutsu that Konoha has.
It was believed that this Hiden jutsu was developed to make up for the lack of abilities that were found in the region of Amegakure to help combat neighbouring clans that had proven difficult to fight; and posed a threat to their survival.
It is only rumoured that Amegakure does not stop people from their own village attempting to learn and master this jutsu - as long as no innocent Amegakure resident is injured or harmed.
