This jutsu allows the user to combine mini rasenshurikens with the eight trigrams sixty-four palms technique to wreak havoc on the opponents charka system. This technique requires immense charka control due to the fact that after every strike you must speedily create a new mini rasenshuriken and then hit another chakra point. Each strike carries a very high chance of destroying whichever chakra point is hit. It can also be used on someones hand to prevent them from using justus, however this can be healed. Consecutive succesful hits on the targets chakra points could result in their death. Due to the massive risk of the technique it has been labeled Kinjutsu as even one use of it could potentially destroy your hands.
