In this technique the user creates a miniature black hole that sucks anything close to it and if the opponent is sucked into it he will be trapped inside and his chakra would constantly be absorbed making it almost impossible to get out. The suction in this technique is so powerful and in order to escape it the user needs to be either far away from it or under ground.
