The user coats a weapon in dark release chakra and drives it into an opponent. Despite its simplicity as chakra flow Kosaru Sarutobi notes that it is one of the most volatile jutsu to have ever been created as he compares it to a super powered Chidori.
The use of Dark Release chakra absorbs chakra on contact but because it is also solid it won't absorb matter instead it pierces an enemy and drains their chakra and life force.
Kosaru called it 'Vlad the Impaler' because of its sadistic nature and the resulting wound. He also commented that this goes well with Arashi Mitarashi's personality, or at least when he'd maddened.
