editDark Release: Seven Lights of Dragons and Tigers
This technique, in a similar vein to its parent technique, utilizes an instantaneous chakra control method as a means to allow for the quick defeat of an opponent. Through the absorption of ones chakra from external sources, whether this be atmospheric, or emitted through a technique, Kagen utilizes this excess chakra to create spherical structures of chakra surrounding his palms which have tail-like apparitions growing out of them. These tail-like apparitions, using a similar, but more rudimentary method to the Yin-Water combination of the Dark Release seal, allow them to absorb excess chakra from the surorunding atmosphere in order to extend themselves. Utilizing his Lightning Release chakra nature, Kagen may then extend the range of his Chakra Flow, causing a particularly powerful electric shock if the technique connects.
Trivia[]
Ryūko (竜虎) is commonly an idiom in Japan used to describe two great rivals, thanks to the mythological significance of the animals "Dragon" and "Tiger".
Nanahikari (七光) is commonly used to describe "profiting from the influence of another", in reference to the numerological significance of "seven", indicating at completion, while light would commonly denote profits and alike. This is also used as a hint to the Lightning Release aspect of the technique.
