An advanced dark release technique created and utilized by Seiji Kuragari. Upon being attacked by any form of ninjutsu, the dark chakra of the dark release will exude from the body of the user to form a thick, solid, shield made of pure chakra to protect the user from the attack. It is said to be near impossible to penetrate the shield. One more than one occasion Seiji has stated that only a technique of equal strength and power can have the capabilities of penetrating through the shield. Due to the constant supply of chakra that is needed to keep the shield together, it is never used for long periods of time. This has been noted as an advanced form of shape transformation.
Seiji has shown his mastery in the technique that no handsigns are required in order to perform the technique. It has been stated that the shield materializes on its own without the will of Seiji, implying that it has a will of its own and seems to come to Seiji's aid whenever he is in need or if he is in danger.
