The user breathes out a volatile smog. Kabuto Yakushi notes it to be more volatile than poison as it neutralises all Ninjutsu and also covers a larger area. This forces an opponent into blind hand to hand combat.
Only the caster can see through this technique as it also acts as a sort of contact sensor for them. Kosaru's Sarugan can see through it due to its use of senjutsu.
