The Dark Release: Zone Interference allows the user to negate all chakra within an area by using the user's own charka to nullify opposing charka.

When the user activates the technique, a fixed area with the user at its center is designated as the "zone". The zone is flooded with the user’s dark charka, which creates a threshold for any other charka within the zone to overcome in order to be molded for techniques. If the strength of any opponents’ chakra is subsequent less than the strength of the technique user’s chakra, then the opponents’ techniques both ninjutsu and genjutsu will be nullified. Furthermore, opponents with significantly less charka strength than the user will become unconscious and unable to fight for a as long as they remain within the zone.
