Diaries of the Hidden Waterfall (滝隠れの日記集, Takigakure no Nikkishū) is a long-form fanfiction/light novel series written by User:NejiHyuga2, going by the pen name of Minato Yatsushiro (八城 港, Yatsushiro Minato).

Development[]
Diaries of the Hidden Waterfall originated from a story of the same name. In the original rendition, there were 'four volumes' which squeezed the entire 700-chapter run of the original Naruto manga. Upon revisiting the outline, the author decided to completely revise it, opting to remove the 'volume' format of the story. The original rendition also entirely focused on the author's original characters and there was little to no interaction with canon characters; this was also changed after story revisions. The author has no plans of actually writing the full story outside of placing plot summaries on associated pages.
