Dust Release: Primeval World Shearing Technique (塵遁・原界剪裁の術, Jinton: Zenkai Sensai no Jutsu): This is a much-more powerful version of the Third Tsuchikage Ōnoki's Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique. In fact, because this jutsu's so much-more powerful, it also puts an enormous strain on Onoki's body and chakra reserves. This is why he has always used this technique only as a last resort, especially now that he's grown so old.
This technique creates a dome/sphere around Onoki's body (depending on whether or not he's hovering), which expands very quickly. But, because the effects of Dust Release ninjutsu are indiscriminate, Onoki must layer chakra all over his body (and clothes) in order to protect himself from being disintegrated along with everything else around him.
The unusual nature of this ninjutsu means that if Onoki stops it, the dome/sphere fades away, and whatever it was disintegrating may remain intact, but is left chamfered by where and however much the dome ended up touching it.
