Dust Release: Resurrection of the Lamented World (塵遁・復活の嘆く界, Jinton: Fukkatsu Nagekukai) is a secret Reincarnation Ninjutsu utilized through the Dust Release. Acting as a semi-passive technique, it allows the user to recreate anything they have ever destroyed through use of the Dust Release.

Overview[]

Akin to obtaining blueprints, the user is able to record and seals away information concerning the various quantum wave functions of a given target. In doing so, all information about the object is recorded, allowing the user to further utilize the technique to perfectly reconstruct it along with any previous properties and attributes they possessed before. Objects capable of reconstruction range from objects and people, to places and techniques. Recreated objects are autonomously imbued with the users will and can act as extensions of them. Though said objects can be destroyed once more, due for the nature of their recreation, they will be flawlessly restored within seconds after taking damage.

Restored individuals, though under the user's control, can still extert characteristics shown in life, such as fighting aptitude, or tactical strategy. At any point in time, the user is capable of talking through them as well as sharing their senses in order to further improve their combat potential. The recreated have them potential to feel no pain and are as perfect in appearance as the genuine article. As such, the Sharingan, Byakugan, Rinnegan and Rinne Sharingan are unable to see through them.

Because recreated objects are, in the end, just physical particles rearranged with information recorded from a previous existence, they can simply be recreated over and over. This makes combatting them a test of endurance and true intellectual genius.
