Using a massive amount of Chakra, the user executes the Body Flicker Technique. This is an extremely powerful Taijutsu technique which literally revitalizes the body to extreme levels, preparing it to and allowing the body to engage in high speed movement which is literally invisible to all but the fastest of ninjas' eyes. Even with the generic Body Flicker Technique, ninja are already capable of avoiding killer techniques at point blank range. When used in battle, it can be used to deliver devastating blows and quick assassinations, as seen in the prominent example of Shisui of the Body Flicker.
With an extreme amount of chakra is channelled into this technique, using the power of chakra to augment the speed of the user in Eight Gates, the user may travel at an impossibly fast speed, literally passing through obstacles with seemingly no effort by simply crashing their way through, and dealing a massive amount of damage to the target.
With sufficient mastery, the user can literally use this technique to unleash continuous, powerful attacks in bursts of extreme speed, with seemingly no build up time at all. This makes it nigh impossible to predict the user's attacks due to the speed, if the speed didn't already render it nigh impossible to dodge. Complemented with Chakra Augmentation: Draconic Power, this makes the technique even more deadly.
Anyone with a large amount of chakra (not necessarily having the Eight Gates), can use it.
