Only wielders of the Magnet Release Kekkei Genkai who posses excellent chakra control can use this ability as being even a ittle off in chakra proportions can cause devastating backfires. These requirements makes this a S-Rank Jutsu due to the amount of skill and training it takes to utilize it.
