The Empty Three-wheeled Mountain Seal is a powerful sealing technique created by Urikohime who studied tailed beasts for years with the help of her church. A seal capable of capturing beings with extraordinary strength and power became the Kuraokami cults valuable seals in their archive.
Usage[]
The user must performs the ritual after performing the necessary hand seals before slamming their palm down summoning runes that spread out in a wide area that catches more than one intended target before uttering the phrase "punish thy sinner" activating the runes that'll summon dark purple cross shape spears to puncture them from bellow following more coming from the seal and puncture the target body restraining them and restricting off the chakra to keep them from escaping, the caster sends three rods around the target in three spots manifesting into a large black-purple prism like prison, the seal will put the target(s) under a comatose state preserving their body for more than a thousand years while the other shell of the seal is nearly impossible to penetrate even Paragon Release and other ninjutsu techniques is nullified against it but is weak against space-time ninjutsu.
