Abe no Seimei (安倍 晴明, Abe no Seimei) is a legendary onmyōji, who was once feared by demons and evil spirits in the ancient times due to his sheer power. Prior to the birth of Abe no Seimei, there were several prophecies regarding a child who would be sent by the universe itself in order to settle the balance. As the stars and planets aligned, Abe no Seimei was born to a regular family and had a good life up until he was bestowed the mission by a mysterious voice to exterminate demons and evil spirits. And so he set out to do his life mission, exorcising and sealing demons for years. Of which he took on students and taught them how to fight demons, resulting in many practitioners whose goals were to exorcise or fight demons.
He who is stated to able to stalemate the powers of Izanamimikoto and her husband by himself—as well as to split the world into two, making him be much incredible in all right. When splitting the world into two with the jewels can be a great feat for him to have, it comes with such a fatal drawback; the jewels absorbed his very essence and so when the jewels scattered. So did the onmyōji. With his consciousness remained—all he could do was observing the world through the jewels. Though he hoped that when the jewels reunited, so shall he in order to end what he failed to do.

Izanamimikoto and Seimei
One allegedly said that Seimei was born to a clan of farmers—with no special attributes or abilities on their own. The parents knew that Seimei would have been special for his birth was a bit special as animals and even benevolent spirits gathered around him at birth. Full of hearts and kindness enabled Seimei to befriend many his age in the neighborhood, leave for one, however. At the same time, his parents continued to revere him as a god of sort for his unique powers and treated him like a trophy. For because his existence prevents evil spirits from advancing into his domain; for they feared his abilities which allowed him to dismiss an evil spirit's existence into nothing with a mere glance. A raw method which only exists to someone of caliber like him—an ancient form of exorcism which would have been lost to time.
And then he met Izanamimikoto in his youth—and then the rest was blank. It is almost as a force is in work to keep any official records from revealing the truth about what had happened between Seimei and Izanamimikoto.
