The Joshiryoku Village (女子力の里, Joshiryoku no Sato) is a matriarchal village located within the Land of Flowers.
History[]
Little is known about the village except that long ago it was founded by the Hanazakari Clan.

As a matriarchal village, its gender role is reverse to the rest of the world. The village is dominated by warrior women with strong feminist views, although they the men of their own village are treated fairly well.
The warrior women posses courage and martial skills, their role is similar to men the outside world when it comes to hard labor, defense, politics, and diplomacy.
The men of Joshiyoku's role and behavior are similar to women from the outside world, they take care and protect the household and children which is why they are seldom seen in public. They often do side jobs in order to maintain Joshiryoku's economy.
