An ability supposedly originating from the right Sharingan eye of Zoku, it is a technique that rivals, if not surpasses, Kotoamatsukami. Zoku claims that it is the ultimate technique granted by his Sharingan, hinting that it may, in fact, be a Mangekyō Sharingan technique, though this is unconfirmed.

Description[]

Much like Obito Uchiha's Space-Time Migration ability, this technique has two parts to it, though it is still considered to be one technique rather than two.

Mind Control[]

While Zoku has repeatedly compared this technique to the Kotoamatsukami of Shisui Uchiha, he has also repeatedly claimed that the technique is not a genjutsu. Like Kotoamatsukami, eye contact is not necessarily needed for the completion of the technique; a simple glance at the target will suffice. Activating this technique then, through a yet unknown means, seeks out any evil in the target's heart.

If a sufficient amount is present, Zoku's Sharingan will reflect in the target's eyes and the target will then be placed under Zoku's control. The stronger concentration of evil in a target's heart, the stronger the binding of this technique is on them.

Ryun Uchiha referred to it as a "mind-controlling ninjutsu" (心君臨の忍術, kokoro kunrin no ninjutsu), further validating Zoku's claims that the technique has no illusionary properties whatsoever.

Once this technique has a hold on the target, Zoku can then willingly enter the target's consciousness and give them orders. If the controlled is somehow resisting their commands, Zoku can insert his own consciousness into theirs, effectively overriding their control over their own body, and allowing himself full access to the target's body and abilities.

Mind Leeching[]

The second part of the technique allows for Zoku to add the knowledge of people he has controlled to his own; including techniques (it does not include kekkei genkai however).

With this particular portion of the technique, Zoku is able to adopt the fighting styles and abilities of numerous people, allowing him to confuse and demoralize his enemies in combat. He used this ability on a clone of Zetsu in order to learn about the Ten-Tailed Beast, as well as the plans of Obito Uchiha.

Drawbacks[]

The technique's most obvious weakness is that pure hearts or hearts that possess little evil cannot be controlled by this technique. It is also possible for those that are controlled to break free of said control if their willpower exceeds the power of the technique.

Trivia[]

  • This technique is based on Babadi's mind controlling magic from the Dragonball Z franchise.
