Finest Generation (最優秀代, Saiyūshū Dai, Viz: Legendary Ace), are beings of tremendous potential or power and who are capable of making great changes in the world. These individuals are dubbed so thanks to either pedigree, their bloodline or other factors.
History
A relatively new group, this loosely knit team were created by an unknown benefactor who saw promise in the next generation. These youth are scattered across the Shinobi World and rarely meet, however they are aware of the other members and their status.

- Seito Fuyutama - Ace of Brightness (光輝有るの最優秀, Kōkiaru no Saiyūshū, Viz: Shining Ace): A user of the Light Release as well as being the son of the war-hero/criminal Nisshou Fuyutama, Seito gained the title of Shining Ace due to his heroism and determination to grow out of his fathers shadow.
