This technique is a high-level Fire Release ninjutsu developed by Kenji Kayuga. The user kneads and compresses a massive amount of chakra in the body, and expels it as a ball of flame. The ball of flame is not particularly large, however, it explodes into a massive firestorm when it impacts with the target.
