The Flying Thunder God - Third Step: Instant Transmission is a Space-Time Ninjutsu derived from the Flying Thunder God Technique, and also its most evolved form. It is known to be one of the most, if not the most, effective Space-Time Ninjutsu ever created, rivalling even the likes of Kamui.

Overview

Normally, if the user wants to activate the less developed forms of the jutsu, a mark must be placed to a specified destination, but that's not the case for this technique. Instead of relying on the marks, which may not always be sealed to a place the user wants to go, Flying Thunder God - Third Step: Instant Transmission utilizes the user's ability to read chakra of the people the user wishes to teleport to, or the picture of the destination though inside the user's mind to execute the technique. And because of this, this particular jutsu is extremely effective in all situations.

But normally, a strong or an incredible jutsu needs some disadvantages to balance out it's power and not make it overpowered. This same fact also applies for this technique as it requires a lot of chakra to utilize it, and the second ability of the jutsu requires the user to correctly and precisely think about the destination's image to teleport to that place without any problem, as even a single thing wrong about the intended-to-go location's image inside the user's mind will essentially send the user to a whole different location, or the teleportation won't even be executed at all. Moreover, even though by any means the technique fails to materialize, the user'll still lose as much chakra as normally needed to execute this technique.
