After forming the Ox hand signal, the user gathers a large amount of freezing chakra in their hand strikes their opponent with it. The result is the target freezing into an ice structure and shattering into snow particles shortly after. The user can also freeze larger objects and shatter them in order to clear them out of the way. This technique can be used more than once is the user is outnumbered. If the target dodges a strike, the low temperature around the user's arm can still give them as little as frostbite on the area to as much as that area shattering anyway. This being said, a direct hit is a sure-kill strike.
