By applying the rune seal upon yaban's body it'll appear as a tattoo on her skin changing forms to whatever she desires, a unique rune she developed for her speed and wind release techniques by saying the phrase "tempest" her body will glow a low blue-white color then subsiding signaling its active, this seal enhances and greatly augments the speed of any wind base technique or her physical parameters to the point whenever she runs leaves a crater and whirlwind in her wake that would drag anyone who isn't lucky into her violent winds.
