Fury (怒髪天, Dohatsuten) is a technique which could create a massive explosion, capable of wiping out an entire village. It was developed by En no Gyōja, and his granddaughter Hotaru has the kinjutsu implanted on her back. Tonbee stated that En no Gyōja gave him the scroll to unseal and destroy the deadly kinjutsu.
Usage[]
Before the technique can be performed, the user must first gather a large amount of chakra to power it. Seeing the technique's enormous potential as a weapon of mass destruction, the Third Hokage proclaimed this as a kinjutsu, so as to keep his village safe. En no Gyōja was the creator of this technique and his granddaughter Hotaru has the kinjutsu implanted on her back. Tonbee stated that En no Gyōja gave him the scroll to unseal and destroy the deadly kinjutsu. Despite the technique's power, Utakata was able to absorb all its power and destroy it by using his tailed beast mode.
Fanon Variations[]
Heiwa Uchiha is capable of wiping out an entire Island and even the entire atmosphere in moments, enhancing it with senjutsu to destroy any Yin-Yang defence. However it costs more than 75% of his chakra.
Kontoru Tsuchigumo is capable of condensing the full destructive capacity of this technique to any size, with its output so great that it is said the Preta Path cannot absorb it before it bypasses the barrier created (alongside Kontoru's control over chakra resisting absorption). Kontoru is said to be capable of making an explosion so large that it dwarfs En no Gyouja's.
Shouzan Hayaku is capable of including 3 additional handseals to increase its complexity, imbuing it with natural energy to prevent most forms of absorption. This was subject to Shouzan's study due to the small number of handseals it required.
Doppelgangers are capable of wiping out an entire village with their prowess, even able to bypass nearly all defenses. However, if a doppelganger uses this, it immediately costs them their lives.
