Fuyuki Suiren (冬木スイレン, Suiren Fuyuki) is a shinobi of Konohagakure and a member of the Yuki and Suiren clan, he is a member of team 13, known widely by his moniker of "the bladed frost of Konoha" (木の葉の刃の霜, Konoha no ha no shimo)
Background[]
Fuyuki was born into the Suiren Clan, he had run away at age 6 during the bloodline eradication, he had started the Konohagakure ninja academy at 10, and becoming a chūnin of Konohagakure at the age of 13.
When he was 7, he had come across a ex samurai from Yamagakure, he had stayed with him for 2 and a half years learning the saber technique and also activating both of his Kekkei Genkai, as well as learning the summoning Jutsu. he then started to travel in search of a place he could call home and that's when he had stumbled upon konohagakure.
after a short while he then enrolled into the academy, and then After 3 years he was promoted to chunin he then started to served in the ANBU, using his kenjutsu mixed in with his kekkei Genkai to carry out important missions. Later on, he retired from ANBU and became a full time Chūnin and got promoted to the rank of special Jonin.
Personality[]
on the outside he appears to be cold and indifferent, but if you get to know him he is vary nice and caring and would in fact risk his life for someone he considers important to him.
appearance[]
he has short white hair and cyan eyes he is usually seen waring black pants with a white string hanging from the top of the pants, over the pants is segmented plate armor of beige color that covers his lower sides, and thighs, he has a sheath on his left hip that is black with a white crisscross pattern which where he puts his katana, he also has a black shirt and over that is a flat jacket that is beige with long shoulder pads, shoulder guards, neck guards, and a few scroll pouches on the stomach of the jacket, and on the back of it is the Yuki clan symbol (kind of like a Suna Flak Jacket). he also wares fingerless gloves with a metal plate covering the top of the gloves and engraved on the metal is the Kanoha symbol.
Abilities[]
Fuyuki is known as the bladed frost of Konoha, he can use varying degrees of Taijutsu, ninjutsu, and especially kenjutsu. Fuyuki is a powerful A-rank shinobi. with his abilities to be able to freeze anything solid he is feared for this skill and his skill in kenjutsu being one of the most recognized kenjutsu users even by other countries.
Chakra and Physical Prowess[]
Fuyuki has high chakra reserves, and his chakra control is vary high, he was also noted that he was able to use his kenjutsu techniques without hand seals.
Fuyuki is not the best in using Taijutsu, but he is good enough to hold his own in hand-to-hand combat while facing two opponents at once. His most impressive physical ability is his speed, and by extension his reaction time.
Ninjutsu & Nature Transformation[]
Fuyuki can use Wind Release and Water Release techniques. He can also use ice release, do to him being from both the Yuki clan, and the Suiren clan and thus enables him to create techniques using ice by decrease the temperature around him drastically as well as to create ice formations. he also knows how to use Freezing Release although he does not use it often.
Kenjutsu[]
Fuyuki is an exceptional swordsman and is capable of easily pulling off Arunin level kenjutsu to be able to cut someone down within a few moments, attacking an enemy so fast to the point that they cannot block his sword strikes. he had been trained at a young age by the kenjutsu master of his clan and on top of that he had also trained with an ex swordsman of Yamagakure, he has battled with many different people some of whom where swordsmen, and he modified their techniques so he too could use them. he can also give his katana freezing property is by channeling his chakra into the blade which is the first kenjutsu style he learned.

Ice Release: modification style: freezing Sword Pressure[]
This modified technique, in essence is just an ice variation of the normal Sword Pressure which uses Chakra Enhanced Strength, releases precise bursts of freezing chakra at the moment Fuyuki's blade contacts a target. This, in turn, allows Fuyuki to increase the force of his sword strikes to incredible levels, and freeze the target.
Ice Release: modification style: freezing Saber Technique[]
Unique to Shimo shinobi, this technique employs the concept of Chakra Flow like Konoha’s Flying Swallow and Sasuke Uchiha’s Sword of Kusanagi: Chidori Katana techniques. Using chakra flow, the user channels their chakra through their swords, extending both the reach and cutting ability of the blade, while allowing the user to fire crescents of chakra whenever the blade is swung. This released chakra is capable of great destruction, as shown from how these projectiles completely penetrated a considerable stone pillar, before continuing to damage the immediate surroundings. The main difference is that the chakra arch’s freeze whatever they touch.
