The user weaves the appropriate hand seals in order to summon a dense layer of storm clouds. After clapping their hands together, a massive sphere, roughly the size of Madara's Tengai Shinsei, composed of compacted storm clouds filled with intense air currents and electrical discharges, opens a large hole in the cloud layer and descends from the sky.
Once the sphere has descended from the clouds, it begins to fall further until finally reaching the ground. After the sphere has made contact with the ground it erupts in a massive explosion of electricity, vaporizing anything caught within the blast. This technique is devastating enough to completely obliterate a village the size of Yamagakure. This technique has been shown being used in conjunction with the Storm Release: Storm Cloud Technique as well as prexisiting storm clouds.
Because of the destructive nature of this technique and the enormous amount of chakra required to perform it, the First Yamakage has deemed it an S-rank technique.
