Genjutsu: Shindō Tantō broadly refers to a range of Genjutsu performed by Arikurin, using the scabbard of his Shindō Tantō to increase the range and strength of said Genjutsu.

Usage

By playing specific melodies on the scabbard of their Shindo Tanto, the user controls the chakra flow of a target's sense of hearing and affects their cerebral nervous system. Since the melodies are amplified through sound of his flute, it has an extremely long range and power.

For more complex genjutsu, the illusions created by the Shindō Tantō are vastly different depending what series of pitches, or different melodies are played.

	Spotlight The opponent is subjected to an illusion of a blinding light
	The Pit The opponent is subjected to an illusion of being pulled into a deep hole that nullifies the all 5 senses.
	A Deceitful Hand The opponent is subjected to an illusion of a helping hand that is actually an incoming attack.
	Control Song The opponent body's freedom is taken away and controlled by the caster.
	Mirage Swiftlets The opponent is subjected to an illusion of hundreds flock of chakra swiftlets, leaving them open to an attack.
	Null The opponent is immobilized by organ sounds. The sounds are specifically designed trigger emotional or physiological of anxiety or fear.
Never-Ending Shuriken Symphony	Never-Ending Shuriken Symphony The opponent is subjected to an illusion of hundreds of shuriken spreading throughout the area. The target believes they are being attacked from every direction.
	Conductor's Baton The opponent is put into a state of reverse hypnosis, allowing their memory to be easily searched
	Nohkan's Lullaby The opponent is subjected to an illusion of many colorful feathers fluttering down from the sky causing them to fall into a very deep sleep.
	Dark Violin Strings The opponent is subjected to an illusion of their limbs being bound by multiple wires, preventing them from being able to move.
