This article, Genjutsu Sharingan: Suiageru, is an article to be used only by Rito-kun.

This technique is exclusive to Keiji Kunitsu, it involves trapping the opponent in a Genjutsu world and siphoning their chakra. While their chakra is being used for the Genjutsu the user activates a secondary technique placed inside the Genjutsu to siphon the opponents' chakra supply. With their chakra being rapidly absorbed it will cause the opponent to quickly collapse due to chakra exhaustion in a few seconds.
