Gentle Fist Spiraling Claws is a deadly jutsu created by Kannazuki which takes the principles of the Rasengan and combines it with the strikes of the Gentle Fist. To use she gathers chakra around her hands, she then shapes it into claws. Finally, using the same method used to create the Rasengan. She begins rapidly spinning the chakra. Much like the Rasengan it relies only on the chakra control of the user, and once it's complete, it becomes self-sustaining. The chakra spinning at such a speed and compacted into a unique state allows the spinning chakra to grind whatever it comes in contact with. Despite being able to grind whatever it comes in contact with, its deadly effects come from the user's Gentle Fist. As with each strike instead of sealing the opponent chakra points, it literally rips them apart tush completely negating the use of chakra.
