This is Ishiki's strongest technique; and her trump card during battle. She has stated that only three people have been deemed worthy enough to face this technique, and only one of them survived, that one being Arui, convincing her to become his partner. Strangely enough, this technique doesn't employ any hand seals, although Arui stated that was since Ishiki had trained on it all her life, and had mastered to a degree here she didn't have to use hand signs anymore. Instead of hand signs, this technique is initiated by clapping one's hands together, and holding them that way while gathering chakra.
When the hands are released from each other, a large amount of compressed wind is seen between the user's palms, which, when the user fully spreads their arms from eachother, takes the form of a nōdachi. Ishiki has named this weapon Sacred Wind Blade (尊い風刃, Tōtoikazeha). Through the nōdachi, Ishiki gains supreme mastery of the air around her, allowing her to conjure it into any shape through a simple movement of the blade. Shown in her battle with Arui, a simple swipe is enough to create an air blast capable of weathering through the thickness of a house with ease, aswell as turn the air around her into thousands of air blades, which she could all fire simultaneously and we're able to devastate Arui's Cosmic Art: Severing Annihilation with ease, despite it being regarded as one of his strongest techniques. The mere initiation of this technique was enough to cut down half the forest where Ishiki was standing in.
Ishiki can also attack with the nōdachi as if it were an actual sword. The sword can cause aggregated damage in one strike, as it is composed of wind chakra. The cuts made by the blade, however, differ from standard cuts due the fact that they inject a portion of the blade into the target's bloodstream when struck. This causes a chain effect where the wind chakra continues to cut the victim until Ishiki stops the technique, or the opponent somehow figures out a way to negate it. This technique, albeit being extremely powerful, takes a heavy toll on Ishiki, and she's limited to one use every week and even then needs medical assistance. Therefore, she doesn't like to use this technique much, saving it for only the strongest of opponents.
