The user bows down and points his hands downwards, with all the fingers closed except the index and middle fingers. The user then begins to slowly move their right hand until it points upwards. The clouds above the user begin circling around, forming a cyclone. The Cyclone is capable of absorbing chakra of any person within the radius of ten-kilometers, after absorbing and draining one of chakra like any other cyclone it will rotate and destroy anything in its pathway. In addition to is already overwhelming abilities the cyclone is able to grow stronger if any kind of Wind Release technique is used on it.
