The Hiding in the Snow Flurries Technique is the principle ninjutsu used by Nisshō Fuyutama. Nisshō is able to create a fog-like mist made up of Snowflakes, which are created by removing the energy from the water, after rapidly boiling it into steam. This creates a frozen environment for which he is able to ambush a target as their vision is blocked by the miniature snowstorm. Due to the fact that this was copied from his interactions with the Hiding in Mist Technique, it is controlled by the amount of chakra hosted by the user, and as such, it is impossible to Sense or use dōjutsu while trapped as their chakra would be all around the user.
At one time, he expended enough chakra to make a snowstorm while in the deserts of Sunagakure, a feat most would think is impossible.
