The Hisajima clan (久嶋一族, Hisajima Ichizoku) is a family of ninja found in Tobikakurenai Village. They specialise in paralysis related techniques, and they own and run a perfume shop in the village.

The members of this clan specialize in techniques of paralysis as well as the Temporary Paralysis Technique, which makes them useful and experts in various areas on the battlefield as well as in surgical centers, mainly as anesthetists. The Hisajima clan's techniques of paralysis are advanced and recognized worldwide and are sometimes essential for victory during medium and long range confrontations. The perfume shop and the relationship between the clan and fragrances come from the fact that people often become enchanted or "paralyzed" with different smells and fragrances from perfumes. The clan also has a close relationship with the flowers, as well as the Yamanaka Clan, because the flowers (according to most members of the Hisajima clan experts in perfumes) have the most sweet smelling fragrances of the world.
