Hisato Raita (雷太寿人, Raita Hisato) is a shinobi from the Land of Lightning who later emigrated to Kumogakure with his mother after his father was killed by Jigen after failing to abduct Hisato. He began his shinobi career after graduating from the academy at age 9. becomng renowned as Ballistic Missile Hisato (弾道ミサイル寿人, Dandō Misairu Hisato) for his skilled use and combination of his Swift Release and Explosion Release Kekkei Genkai

Early Life[]
At the age of three, his parents' home was broken into by Jigen. attempting to abduct Hisato in his sleep, and take him to Kara to be experimented on to become Isshiki Ōtsutsuki's potential vessel. However, he was caught by his father, who tried confronting him. Jigen later returned Hisato to his mother, but not before implanting him with a Kāma. Hisato's father later forced Jigen outside of his home, telling him to never come back. Jigen, smirking at this remark, killed him on the spot, remarking that "he'd be back to reclaim his vessel". After hearing this, Hisato's mother quickly took him and escaped from the home without being caught by Jigen. Hisato and his mother stayed at an inn at a village for several months until moving to Kumogakure. Hisato was later enrolled into the village's academy, always ending up at the top of his class, later graduating and becoming a genin at the age of 9.

Hisato is widely considered around the world as one of the greatest shinobi to ever live, and potentially the most powerful of his generation. As a natural prodigy, Hisato demonstrated high potential, remarkable talent and skill, and high intelligence, being noted as a quick learner and a genius. By his possesion of the [2]Kāma, his DNA was overwritten, becoming a complete Ōtsutsuki, which highly enhanced this skill. He has also been noted as having the potential to destroy entire nations (and even the entire world) with his highly destructive kekkei genkai. Throughout Hisato's shinobi career, he received various tutelage from powerful masters, becoming strong enough to outmatch and defeat many S-rank level shinobi and missing-nin, and some members of the Ōtsutsuki Clan.
By adulthood, Hisato had mastered and perfected countless powerful and destructive jutsu, and has proved himself worthy to his masters. He has generally showed high versatility and proficiency in the three main jutsu types, being able to overwhelm opponents in highly destructive taijutsu, and impacting his opponent's vision with genjutsu. Hisato has also shown high resilience and stamina, being able to quickly recover and fight non-stop for several days, even when weakened or injured.
Chakra and Physical Prowess[]
Hisato possesses incredibly high and powerful chakra reserves, noted to have several times the amount of chakra as the average Jōnin, as well as showing highly impressive chakra control, being able to use highly powerful and complex jutsu with little to no hand seals. He has also shown himself capable of imbuing his weapons with chakra.
At one point after temporarily damaging his arm, which temporarily limited his fighting ability, he trained himself and mastered the ability to control his chakra and perform hand seals with one hand, allowing him to perform jutsu even when subdued.
Hisato is also a highly capable sensor, being able to sense chakra signatures and build-up.
Kāma[]
At the age of three, Hisato was implanted with a Kāma by Isshiki Ōtsutsuki. He was shown to be naturally compatible with the seal and was able to completely master its abilities by adulthood. With the Kāma, Hisato gains access to Isshiki's power, as well as the ability to absorb ninjutsu and opening space-time portals. With the help of a juinjutsu developed by one of his masters, the Kāma's progress was significantly supressed, allowing Hisato to use the Kāma without the risk of Isshiki taking control.
After meeting Amado Sanzu, who had gained knowledge of Kāma, he was given special medication which further assisted in suppressing the Kāma's progress. After the death of Isshiki, Hisato had lost the Kāma and its abilities, although his data was completely overwritten with Ōtsutsuki data by that point. After some consultation, Hisato agreed to allow Amado to restore the Kāma, which now serves solely as a weapon.
After Hisato's master rescinded the juinjutsu placed on him to stop the Kāma's progress, the Kāma progressed far enough for Hisato to use the full extent of the Kāma, without the worry of Isshiki taking over. With his Kāma, he was able to access all of Isshiki's powers, although he was unable to manifest his Kokugan, he was still capable of shrinking and unshrinking himself and other objects with Sukunahikona, storing shrunken items as well as people in a pocket dimension using Daikokuten, releasing absorbed chakra as red energy using wave blasts, and various other shinjutsu.
Hisato later gained access to the Ōtsutsuki's flight.
Ninjutsu[]
Hisato has shown great skill and knowledge in ninjutsu. Over the years, he has dedicated his life to learning and mastering as many jutsu as he possibly could. He constantly traveled across villages, training under many masters and consulting with other shinobi. Using the knowledge and years of experience he garnered, he developed his own ninjutsu, such as Lightning Release: Galvanic Rage. From this knowledge and skill, Hisato wields a vast and completely unmatched arsenal of various techniques and fighting styles.
Nature Transformation[]
Hisato is capable of using all 5 basic nature transformations, as well as Yin Release and Yang Release. He also possesses two kekkei genkai known as Swift Release and Explosion Release.
